This is a quick step by step to uploading images to your bikeroom.  There are a couple of steps that are not very obvious.  Here we go:

1)  Notice the "Insert Image" button in the toolbar on the "Edit" page.

2)  Clicking the "Insert Image" button brings up a dialog box.

3)  From here, click the "Browse Server" button. If your BikeRoom folder has any images they will show up here as thumbnails.

4)  This folder view shows thumbnails of all my uploaded images.   Click "Upload" button at the top to upload images from your computer..

5)  Click "Browse" to select an image on your computer for uploading to your BikeRoom picure folder.

6)  Select an image from your local computer and press "Open".

7)  Click the "Upload Selected File" button.

8)  The image is uploaded to your picture folder on the server as indicated by the resulting thumbnail.  To insert the image into the Bikeroom page, double click the thumbnail. Size the picture, usually by width.

9)   Click OK to continue. You can right click on the image anytime to adjust size.
